Net At Work Acquires Kansas MSP NCS To Expand Midwest Footprint And Add Nterfuse Platform

Net at Work announced it has acquired Network Computer Solutions (NCS), a Kansas-based managed services provider, in a deal aimed at accelerating the buyer’s expansion across the U.S. Midwest and deepening its managed services bench.

NCS, founded in 1996, has spent more than 25 years providing IT services to small and mid-sized businesses and supports more than 400 clients, according to the companies. Net at Work described the transaction as a way to strengthen service delivery across core verticals including healthcare, not-for-profit organizations, manufacturing, and distribution, while extending long-standing client relationships in the region.

Net at Work also acquired Nterfuse, a software platform developed by NCS that supports area agencies on services for the aging, healthcare providers, and home health agencies. The companies said Nterfuse customers will continue using the platform without disruption, with Net at Work providing expanded support.

Under the integration plan, NCS clients will gain access to Net at Work’s broader portfolio—spanning cybersecurity, cloud services, ERP and business application consulting, and a national-scale managed services infrastructure—while continuing to work with the same local team. Net at Work said the combination will create expanded career and professional development opportunities for NCS employees, who will remain in place and continue operating locally.

Net at Work, founded in 1996, said its managed services division has nearly doubled in size and noted its inclusion on the Channel Futures 2025 MSP 501 list.
