Net at Work, a technology advisor and solutions provider for small and mid-sized businesses, announced the acquisition of Millennium Accounting Solutions (MAS). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands Net at Work’s capabilities and underscores the value of its Alliance Partner Program, which provides professional services firms with technology expertise, resources, and growth opportunities. Prior to the transaction, MAS had been a longtime member of the program.
The deal also broadens the services available to MAS clients, providing access to Net at Work’s portfolio of business consulting, technology solutions, and support resources. The companies said their longstanding relationship and shared focus on client success will help ensure a seamless transition for MAS Sage 100 customers.
