Net Health has acquired Keet Health, a WebPT company, in a deal the companies said will broaden access to outcomes measurement and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) tools for rehabilitation therapy providers and accelerate adoption of hybrid care models.
The transaction is part of a strategic collaboration between Net Health and WebPT aimed at expanding outcomes tracking and remote monitoring across the rehab therapy continuum. As part of the agreement, Net Health’s Limber platform will become the preferred outcomes and RTM solution for WebPT and Clinicient customers, with an integrated experience targeted for early 2026.
Net Health said the acquisition strengthens Limber’s footprint in the market while supporting deeper integrations with WebPT and Clinicient to streamline clinical workflows, improve data continuity, and help providers extend care beyond in-clinic visits through digital home exercise programs and remote monitoring capabilities.
Limber, which Net Health acquired in 2025, is positioned as a platform for outcomes measurement, RTM enablement, and home exercise delivery. Net Health said it is continuing to invest in Limber’s analytics and integration capabilities as part of a broader strategy tied to value-based care, where documenting progress and outcomes can play a larger role in reimbursement and performance.
Net Health serves more than 34,000 healthcare organizations across post-acute and rehabilitation settings, with EHR platforms, analytics, and patient engagement tools spanning wound care and rehab therapy. The company is backed by The Carlyle Group, Level Equity, and Silversmith Capital Partners. WebPT, which focuses on rehab therapy operations and clinical workflows, said its platform maintains a 99.9% uptime rate and supports providers across practice settings and specialties.
