NetBox Labs has raised $35 million in Series B funding to modernize network and infrastructure operations. Led by NGP Capital, the round also included contributions from Sorenson Capital, Headline, and existing investors like Flybridge Capital, Notable Capital, and IBM.
As the commercial steward of the open-source NetBox, which is used by thousands of enterprises, including many Fortune 500 companies, NetBox Labs has set the standard for managing and automating modern technology infrastructure. This helps accelerate innovation, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with performance and security standards.
In 2023, the company raised $20 million in Series A funding to help organizations navigate complex networks. The new investment will support ongoing innovation and hiring across various departments.
