Netris announced it raised a $15 million Series A round to accelerate the adoption of its network automation and multi-tenancy platform for AI infrastructure. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz. Guido Appenzeller, Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, led the round and is joining Netris’ board of directors.

Netris provides network automation and multi-tenancy technology for AI infrastructure. The company’s NAAM platform, which stands for Network Automation, Abstraction, and Multi-Tenancy, is designed to help AI cloud operators launch, operate, and monetize GPU clouds.

The company said it has experienced 800% annual recurring revenue growth over the past 12 months and now has more than 35 live deployments. Its customers include neoclouds, sovereign AI operators, AI factories, and AI platform providers.

Netris said AI cloud operators are increasingly standardizing on its NAAM platform as GPU clusters require more complex networking across multiple fabrics. These environments can include Ethernet, NVIDIA Spectrum-X, NVIDIA Quantum InfiniBand, NVL72, NVIDIA BlueField DPUs, virtual networking, and edge networking.

The company said network automation is one of the major bottlenecks for AI cloud operators. GPU clusters often require network reconfiguration across many layers whenever a tenant is added, resized, or removed. Netris is designed to automate these operations while enforcing hard multi-tenancy on networking hardware, helping operators securely share GPU capacity across customers.

Netris said its platform enables operators to launch GPU clouds in weeks, provision tenants instantly with isolation configured automatically, and improve GPU utilization by dynamically reallocating capacity across tenants.

The company has been chosen by AI cloud operators, including Lightning AI, STN, Boost Run, TensorWave, TELUS, DCAI, YOTTA, Visionbay.ai, Firmus, and HPE. Netris said it has more live AI cluster network automation deployments than all other network automation vendors combined.

Netris has also built an AI infrastructure ecosystem anchored by NVIDIA and spanning other GPU and networking vendors, compute vendors, platform-as-a-service vendors, and AI platform providers. Its partners include Mirantis, Rafay, Red Hat, Spectro Cloud, vCluster, and HPE.

The Series A funding will be used to expand Netris’ team, grow its global presence, and deepen its partner ecosystem as AI infrastructure scales worldwide. Netris currently operates teams across the U.S., U.K., Taiwan, Australia, Armenia, and India, with Singapore opening in 2026.

Founded in 2018, Netris is headquartered in Santa Clara, California.

KEY QUOTES:

“Every era of computing has needed a new networking foundation — first for the virtualized data center, then for the cloud, and now for AI. GPU clusters run across many fabrics at once, and legacy automation was never built for that. Netris is the platform AI cloud operators standardize on to solve it, and we are excited to partner with them on this journey.”

Guido Appenzeller, Partner at Andreessen Horowitz

“Netris spent years building the platform AI cloud operators now standardize on. That foundation is why we’ve reached 35+ live deployments at many of the largest AI clouds in the world and built the ecosystem around them. Andreessen Horowitz has a long track record backing category-defining infrastructure companies. Martin Casado, Raghu Raghuram, and Guido Appenzeller revolutionized networking for datacenters. Netris is doing the same for AI.”
