Netsec Raises More Than $10 Million To Expand AI-Native Cybersecurity And IT Platform

Netsec raised more than $10 million in equity financing to expand its AI-native cybersecurity and IT operations platform. Partech led the round, with participation from Primo Capital and View Different. Netsec’s investor base also includes Riccardo Zacconi, Kima Ventures, Ithaca Investments, Vento, Vito Lomele, Everywhere Ventures, and angel investors from the cybersecurity and technology sectors.

Netsec provides mid-market companies with a single managed platform spanning IT and cybersecurity.

The company combines onboarding and offboarding, SaaS and access management, patching, audit evidence, endpoint operations, incident response, and other IT and security functions.

Netsec uses AI-powered automation for repetitive operational work while human operators focus on judgment and incident response.

The platform is delivered through tools including Slack and Microsoft Teams and is priced per employee rather than per support ticket.

Netsec said it manages thousands of endpoints for customers across Europe and the U.S.

The company also operates an incident response retainer with a median response time below 14 minutes across thousands of tickets received to date.

The financing will support further development of Netsec’s automation and integration layer, expansion of operations, and continued growth in Europe and the U.S.

Gianluca Varisco and Guglielmo Reina founded Netsec in 2025.
