NetVendor: Five Arrows Takes Majority Stake To Support Expansion And Product Innovation

By Amit Chowdhry • Nov 6, 2025

NetVendor, a provider of vendor compliance management software for the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors, announced that Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co, has acquired a majority stake in the company. Greenridge Growth Partners will maintain a minority position. The investment is intended to accelerate NetVendor’s growth strategy, further advance product capabilities, and support geographic expansion.

Founded in 2009, NetVendor works with property management companies to streamline vendor credentialing and compliance workflows. Its software automates the collection and verification of required documentation such as insurance certificates, licenses, tax forms, and background checks. By centralizing compliance oversight, the platform aims to lower operational risk and improve vendor relationships across property portfolios.

Five Arrows plans to support NetVendor as it advances its product roadmap, including the integration of AI-based functionality to increase automation and provide additional insights to both property managers and vendors. The firm has made several recent software investments across North America and views NetVendor as well-positioned to continue growing through both organic expansion and acquisitions.

Greenridge Growth Partners, which has partnered with NetVendor for the past four years, said the company has strengthened its market position through leadership expansion, enhanced go-to-market execution, and continued product development.

Support: Raymond James served as the exclusive financial advisor to NetVendor, while Harris Williams advised Five Arrows. Queen Saenz + Schutz served as legal counsel to NetVendor and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher served as legal counsel to Five Arrows. Manulife provided the credit facility.
