Neumo, a provider of integrated software and payments solutions for local and state governments, has appointed Matt Coury as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Coury, who previously served as President of the company, succeeds Paul Colangelo, who will remain on the Board of Directors and continue working with the leadership team.
The leadership transition follows the company’s formation in August 2025, when Avenu Insights & Analytics, ITI, and GovOS were combined by Arlington Capital Partners. Since then, Neumo has positioned itself as one of the largest software providers focused exclusively on the public sector, serving more than 4,500 customers across North America.
Coury has played a central role in shaping Neumo’s strategy, growth, and integration efforts. Before joining Neumo, he served as CEO and President of GovOS, where he led product innovation, sales, and customer success, and also served on its Board of Directors. Earlier in his career, he led value creation initiatives at Vista Equity Partners.
In recent months, Neumo has focused on integrating teams, systems, and processes across its combined entities, strengthening operational alignment and enhancing its ability to deliver a unified, scalable platform to government customers. The company offers cloud-based solutions spanning judicial systems, DMV operations, revenue compliance, public administration, and integrated payments.
Headquartered in Centreville, Virginia, Neumo aims to modernize government operations, improve efficiency, and elevate service delivery for communities across North America.
