Neuramint: $5 Million Seed Round Raised To Build AI Agent Workflow Platform For Web3

Neuramint announced it has raised a $5 million seed round to develop an AI agent workflow platform designed to help developers build and manage autonomous Web3 workflows across decentralized finance, NFTs, and blockchain networks.

The company said the round drew participation from Maelstrom, Borderless Capital, Selini Capital, Symbolic Capital, Lattice Fund, and Node Capital.

Neuramint positions its product as a development platform that lets teams create intelligent workflows without building complex smart contract integrations. The company said developers can use a visual, drag-and-drop interface to build, simulate, and deploy autonomous agents that coordinate tasks across multiple chains.

Neuramint said its platform includes native multi-chain support across Ethereum, Solana, and HyperEVM, along with a simulation environment intended for testing on forked mainnets. The company also cited gas optimization via intelligent transaction batching and an agent marketplace aimed at enabling developers to share and monetize workflows.

The company will use the seed proceeds to accelerate product development, expand Web3-native SDK integrations, and support the upcoming public launch of Neuramint Beta. Neuramint also said it intends to deepen integrations with major DeFi protocols and blockchain networks to support use cases such as DeFi automation, NFT operations, cross-chain bridging, and DAO governance.
