Neuron7.ai: Strategic Investment Raised From ServiceNow Ventures

Neuron7 – a leader in AI for service resolution intelligence—announced that partner ServiceNow has made a strategic investment in the company through its venture capital arm, ServiceNow Ventures. Neuron7 also released Resolution Intelligence on the ServiceNow Store, offering value to joint customers across ITSM, CSM, and FSM workflows.

Neuron7’s Resolution Intelligence platform enables enterprise organizations to resolve issues across the service continuum. By learning from data/people, Neuron7 offers fast and accurate resolutions across thousands of products and issues within ServiceNow while capturing data and optimizing resolution paths in real time.

This funding will help support Neuron7’s continued technology innovation, such as product development and its new Gen AI Labs, and assist with market expansion.

With enhancements in generative AI and the accuracy that Neuron7 provides customers, the company also revealed Gen AI Labs. This skunkworks project within the company will use sophisticated algorithms and technology to enhance its products. The work at the labs is expected to multiply the number of use cases and new products Neuron7 delivers to its customers.

Neuron7 has seen notable momentum this year as it tripled its annual recurring revenue (ARR) in 2023.
