Nevis Raises $70 Million Series B As Assets On Platform Reach $700 Billion

Nevis has raised a $70 million Series B led by EQT Ventures, bringing the wealth management AI company’s total funding to $110 million since its founding two years ago. The round also included new strategic investors The Charles Schwab Corporation and QuantumLight, the investment fund of Revolut founder and CEO Nik Storonsky. Existing investors Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ, and Ribbit Capital also increased their commitments.

Nevis said the financing follows a period of rapid growth in 2026, with revenue increasing more than 25 times and assets represented on the platform rising from $50 billion to $700 billion.

The company is currently adding approximately $75 billion in new assets to its platform each month.

Customers include Focus Financial Partners, IEQ Capital, and United Capital.

Nevis has developed what it describes as an AI operating system for wealth management firms. The platform combines CRM functionality, meeting intelligence, financial planning, and custodial workflows in a single system designed to automate operational work for financial advisors.

Its AI agents have completed more than 100,000 operational tasks.

Across customer deployments, Nevis said advisors have been able to reclaim as much as 10 hours per week, increase prospect meetings by 30%, generate personalized financial plans and proposals within minutes, and reduce account-opening timelines from weeks to days.

The company’s AI agents can coordinate processes including paperwork, signatures, custodial workflows, prospecting, client service, and planning activities.

Nevis plans to use the Series B funding to expand its AI agent capabilities, deepen integrations across custodians and wealth management technology platforms, and grow its product and go-to-market teams.

The company was founded by former Revolut executives Mark Swan, Philipp Burda, and Ivan Chalov.

Swan serves as CEO, Burda as Chief Product Officer, and Chalov as Chief Operating Officer.

As part of the financing, Carolina Brochado, Partner and Head of EQT Ventures, will join Nevis’ Board of Directors. Kaushik Subramanian, Partner at EQT Ventures, will join as a board observer.

Schwab’s participation also strengthens Nevis’ connection to the independent wealth management ecosystem. Schwab serves more than 48 million client accounts, oversees approximately $13 trillion in total client assets, and supports more than 17,000 independent registered investment advisers.

EQT Ventures has raised more than €2.6 billion across its funds and has backed more than 140 founding teams across Europe and the U.S.
