New 2ND Capital announced that Rob Luttrell and Yindran Puspanathan have been named Partners at the firm. The New York-based private equity secondaries firm also announced several promotions across its Investment, Capital Formation & IR, and Finance & Operations teams.
The promotions include Jack Shay to Principal; Kendra Zhi to Vice President; Isabelle Leonaitis to Vice President; Abraaz Khan to Senior Associate; Henry Wakelin to Senior Associate; Mildred Villedas to Associate; and Matt Skerl to Senior Fund Accountant.
New 2ND Capital is focused on North American middle-market investments through GP-led secondaries transactions, including continuation funds, fund restructurings, and spin-outs. The firm targets transactions ranging from $10 million to $500 million and reported $2.6 billion in regulatory assets under management as of December 31, 2025.
New 2ND Capital is also expecting to activate its fourth fund in the summer of 2026.
