Newegg Commerce has closed a $100 million senior credit facility led and arranged by East West Bank, giving the technology e-commerce company additional financial flexibility as it continues investing in growth initiatives.
The facility includes participation from a syndicate of lenders and replaces Newegg’s previous credit arrangements, which matured in August 2026.
Newegg said the expanded financing strengthens its financial position and provides additional flexibility as the company manages ongoing supply dynamics and continues investing across its business.
The transaction also extends the longstanding relationship between Newegg and East West Bank. The lending group cited Newegg’s business model, operating performance, and future growth opportunities as factors supporting the financing.
Newegg plans to continue directing resources toward e-commerce innovation, AI-enabled capabilities, and deeper partnerships with technology brands, suppliers, and customers worldwide.
The company operates an e-commerce platform serving technology enthusiasts, businesses, gamers, PC builders, and IT professionals. Its product portfolio includes PC hardware, consumer electronics, gaming peripherals, servers, workstations, and AI infrastructure.
Newegg also provides services for independent sellers, including marketing, supply chain, and technical solutions intended to help third-party businesses expand through its platform.
The new credit facility gives Newegg additional borrowing capacity as it invests in those areas and navigates changing conditions across the technology supply chain.
Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Diamond Bar, California, Newegg Commerce is publicly traded on Nasdaq under the ticker NEGG. The company has operated for more than two decades and has expanded from its core PC hardware business into a broader technology commerce and services platform.
The $100 million facility expands Newegg’s prior credit arrangements and provides additional capital to support its strategic priorities and ongoing operations.
