NewtonX has launched the next-generation NewtonX Hub, a self-service B2B research intelligence platform that combines primary research, synthetic personas, AI-powered analysis, visualization, and reporting in a single workflow.
The New York-based company said the platform is designed to help enterprise teams, researchers, consultants, and smaller businesses move from an initial research question to an executive-level decision without switching among multiple research and analytics tools.
NewtonX is positioning the platform around what it sees as a persistent problem in B2B market research: the tradeoff among speed, data quality, and cost.
Traditional research methods can produce high-quality information but may take substantial time and cost, while generic AI and synthetic research tools can return results faster but may rely on hard-to-verify data.
NewtonX Hub aims to bridge these approaches by pairing synthetic research with data gathered from identity-verified B2B professionals.
The platform combines four primary capabilities: Synthetic Personas, self-service primary research, custom analysis and visualization, and executive-ready reporting.
NewtonX said its Synthetic Personas are grounded in eight years of verified behavioral, attitudinal, and professional signals from identity-verified business professionals.
The company uses those personas to help research teams test ideas, explore hypotheses, and simulate potential audience reactions before or alongside research involving human participants.
Teams can then use primary research to validate or deepen those findings.
NewtonX describes this as a continuous research loop in which synthetic and human research reinforce one another.
Under the model, a team could initially use Synthetic Personas to test messaging or evaluate a business concept, then conduct primary research with actual industry professionals to validate the results.
Information generated through primary research can subsequently refresh the relevant Synthetic Persona, which NewtonX says can improve later studies.
The company has also integrated an AI research agent called Isaac into NewtonX Hub.
Isaac lets users ask plain-language questions about survey and research data, run more advanced analyses, create segments, visualize findings, and synthesize results.
Unlike a general-purpose large language model, NewtonX said Isaac uses proprietary research workflows and guardrails intended to reduce hallucinations.
The system also shows users the methodology behind its answers and traces results step by step back to NewtonX data.
The platform can also support AI-moderated research that combines aspects of qualitative interviews with the speed and scale of quantitative surveys.
This capability is designed for situations where researchers need to study nuanced or difficult-to-reach B2B audiences without lengthy manual coordination.
Once the data is collected, users can explore interview findings, build survey segments, generate visualizations, and prepare reports within the same workspace.
NewtonX said the integrated workflow is intended to reduce the amount of manual analysis and reporting typically required after a research project is completed.
The company is targeting large enterprise research organizations as well as smaller businesses and independent researchers that may lack the budget or time for more traditional custom research engagements.
For enterprise customers, the platform supports ongoing market intelligence and research programs rather than one-off surveys.
For smaller organizations, NewtonX is positioning Hub as a lower-friction, self-service option for accessing B2B research capabilities.
The launch builds on NewtonX’s existing research intelligence business.
The company said its verified data spans more than 140 industries, and its customer base includes Google, TikTok, Salesforce, Stripe, Microsoft, and Coinbase.
Research produced through NewtonX has also been cited by organizations including Gartner and publications including Fortune, Forbes, Adweek, and The Wall Street Journal.
NewtonX is seeking to differentiate Hub from standalone survey products and purely synthetic research tools by integrating both approaches.
The company argues that synthetic research can help rapidly test ideas, while primary research adds an extra layer of validation by gathering responses from real professionals.
By combining both in one system, NewtonX believes research teams can move faster while retaining a more traceable data foundation.
The launch reflects the growing use of AI across market research as organizations experiment with automated survey development, synthetic respondents, conversational analysis, and AI-generated reporting.
NewtonX’s approach emphasizes connecting those AI capabilities to verified B2B data and making the analytical process more transparent to researchers and decision-makers.
KEY QUOTE:
“NewtonX Hub represents a new era for B2B intelligence. The future of research is a continuous loop between synthetic and human research. Synthetic Personas help teams explore and test ideas, while primary research validates them with high-quality data from real B2B professionals. Each study makes the next round of synthetic research more powerful. NewtonX’s uniquely high-quality B2B data makes that loop possible, helping teams reach stronger answers faster and at lower cost.”
