NexaMotion Group (NMG) announced it has appointed Tim Cox as Executive Vice President of Supply Chain, effective February 9, 2026. In this role, Cox will oversee the company’s end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations and report directly to President Scott Weinstein.
Cox brings more than 35 years of experience spanning retail and wholesale merchandising, inventory management, and operations. Throughout his career, he has built scalable, high-performing supply chain organizations in complex and fast-growing environments.
Most recently, Cox served as Vice President of Supply Chain & Inventory Management at M&D Distributors, where he led purchasing, inventory, category management, vendor strategy, and acquisition integrations across a multi-hub distribution network. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at XL Parts/The Parts House in senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Supply Chain and Vice President of Inventory Management.
During his tenure there, Cox helped double the business’s size through acquisitions. He also built out category management capabilities, improved service levels, expanded margins, and professionalized purchasing and inventory processes across hundreds of locations.
The company said Cox is widely recognized for his focus on continuous improvement, talent development, and building performance-driven cultures, aligning with NMG’s mission and operating philosophy.
