NexDash Raises €5 Million To Launch Neo-Carrier

Berlin startup NexDash has secured a €5 million seed round led by Extantia Capital with participation from Clean Energy Ventures, marking the official launch of what the company calls Europe’s first “Neo-Carrier,” a fully electrified, digitally orchestrated freight network aimed at accelerating the transition to zero-emission logistics.

Founded just three months ago, NexDash is building an integrated platform designed to shift freight transport from diesel to electric at scale. The company’s approach combines vehicle electrification, fleet acquisition and conversion, charging infrastructure built in partnership with energy providers, AI-powered fleet orchestration through its NexOS software, and scalable financing tailored for small and mid-sized operators.

The company’s stated mission is to deliver “Green Logistics made in Europe,” with a model that is digitally networked, electric, and increasingly autonomous.

NexDash thanked its investors and partners for their support and added that the team is focused on rapid execution as it builds out its Neo-Carrier network. The company said the past decade belonged to neobanks — and it believes neo-carriers will define the next one.
