NextPoint Group announced the acquisition of UScontracting, a provider of software development solutions focused on cybersecurity, signals intelligence, and data analysis supporting intelligence and defense customers.
NextPoint Group is backed by Godspeed Capital Management and provides technology and mission-enablement solutions for intelligence and defense communities. The acquisition marks the platform’s first acquisition since being acquired by Godspeed Capital in November 2025.
UScontracting is headquartered near Annapolis, Maryland, and specializes in cybersecurity, SIGINT, and data analytics solutions for national security, federal government, and commercial sector customers.
NextPoint Group said the acquisition strengthens its capabilities supporting intelligence and defense missions while expanding customer access and technology offerings across cybersecurity and mission-focused software development.
The company said it plans to support UScontracting’s continued organic growth through the broader NextPoint platform while also pursuing additional acquisitions to expand differentiated technology and mission capabilities.
Godspeed Capital said the transaction aligns with its strategy of building scalable platforms serving national security customers with specialized technology and operational expertise.
