Nexus, an enterprise AI platform focused on enabling businesses to deploy autonomous agents, has raised $4.3 million in seed funding. The round was led by General Catalyst, with participation from Y Combinator, Transpose Platform, Twenty Two Ventures, Phosphor Capital, along with angel investors including Gokul Rajaram, Raphael Schaad, and Jake Mintz.

Founded in 2024 by Assem Chammah and Shady Al Shoha, Nexus provides an agentic AI platform designed to help enterprises move from experimentation to full deployment of AI-driven workflows. The company focuses on enabling non-technical business teams to build and deploy autonomous agents without relying on engineering resources.

The platform allows organizations to create AI agents that execute end-to-end workflows across core enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, with built-in governance and compliance features. Nexus supports more than 4,000 integrations and pairs its software with hands-on implementation, training, and optimization support.

Nexus is already working with enterprise customers including Orange and Lambda.ai. In one deployment, Orange used Nexus to launch a customer onboarding agent in four weeks, resulting in a 50% increase in conversion rates and generating more than $6 million in annual lifetime value. Lambda.ai has also used the platform to deploy agents across sales and marketing functions, saving significant operational time.

Headquartered in Brussels with operations in the U.S. and Europe, Nexus serves enterprises across sectors including telecommunications, automotive, consulting, and technology. The company aims to accelerate enterprise adoption of AI agents by reducing the complexity and time required to deploy production-ready systems.

KEY QUOTES

“Enterprises don’t need another AI assistant, they need an AI agent that completes work reliably and delivers measurable results from the start. We work side-by-side with teams to launch AI agents in weeks, with the guardrails they need, and tie outcomes directly to real business results.”

Assem Chammah, Co-Founder and CEO of Nexus

“The Nexus platform understood our needs simply by describing them in plain language. Within days, we had a fully operational AI agent guiding customers through onboarding. Customer satisfaction increased by more than 10 points, and the quality and consistency of conversations improved significantly.”

Tom Guisgand, AI Specialist at Orange

“AI agents are becoming core to how enterprises operate, but building them remains slow and technical. Nexus changes that by enabling any team to deploy production-ready agents in days, not months. Assem and Shady have built an incredibly intuitive yet powerful platform, and how quickly they’ve gone from idea to enterprise deployments stood out to us. Their early traction with customers like Orange Group and Proximus Global speaks to the strength of their enterprise motion.”
