NFP, an Aon company and a leading property and casualty broker and benefits consultant, announced that it has acquired The Hamilton Group, LLC, a multi-disciplinary insurance broker headquartered in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. The transaction strengthens NFP’s property and casualty presence in the Northeast and enhances its ability to deliver integrated risk management solutions across the region.
As part of the acquisition, Greg Frankel and David Page will join NFP as senior vice presidents. They will report to Lauren Kim, regional managing director of property and casualty in NFP’s Northeast region.
The Hamilton Group, a family-owned agency with nearly seventy years of experience, has built a strong reputation serving small and mid-sized businesses throughout New Jersey and the broader tri-state area. The firm is known for its longstanding carrier relationships and ability to provide competitive commercial and personal insurance solutions.
NFP expects the addition of Hamilton Group to complement its regional platform by deepening its expertise in risk management and expanding its ability to support clients with more complex and integrated insurance solutions.
Founded as a family-run business, Hamilton Group has focused on delivering personalized service alongside disciplined execution in property and casualty insurance. Its integration into NFP is expected to preserve that client-centric approach while leveraging NFP’s broader scale and resources.
NFP, an Aon company, provides advisory and brokerage services across property and casualty insurance, employee benefits, life insurance, executive benefits, wealth management, and retirement plan advisory. The company operates across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, supported by Aon’s global capabilities.
