Ninja Kidz Action Parks announced it has acquired Flight Adventure Park in a strategic move designed to accelerate the growth of its indoor action and adventure entertainment platform for families.
The transaction brings together Ninja Kidz Action Parks’ immersive, movement-focused attractions with Flight Adventure Park’s operational infrastructure and national footprint.
Based on the announcement, the combined organization aims to scale the Ninja Kidz Action Parks brand more rapidly while expanding access to innovative, high-energy play experiences for children and families across the United States. The deal enables Ninja Kidz Action Parks to leverage Flight Adventure Park’s operational expertise, real estate development capabilities, and established systems to support faster market entry and more efficient park operations.
Ninja Kidz Action Parks has built momentum by creating indoor environments centered around obstacle courses, athletic challenges, and other action-based attractions inspired by ninja warrior–style training. These parks emphasize physical movement, confidence-building, and immersive play for guests of all ages.
With the acquisition, the company expects to introduce new park formats, expand programming, and invest in additional attractions designed to enhance the guest experience. The integration of Flight Adventure Park’s infrastructure and experience operating family entertainment venues is intended to strengthen both existing locations and future expansions.
As part of the transaction, Flight Adventure Park CEO Steven L. Yeffa will step down from his leadership role and transition into an advisory position with the combined organization. The leadership teams indicated that additional announcements about new locations and experiences are expected in the coming months as the companies move forward with their expansion strategy.
Ninja Kidz Action Parks was co-created with the popular YouTube brand Ninja Kidz TV and focuses on delivering action-packed environments featuring obstacle courses, trampolines, climbing attractions, and other active play experiences. Flight Adventure Park operates family entertainment centers across North America offering a mix of trampolines, climbing walls, sports courts, and interactive play zones designed to engage guests of all ages.
