Niobrara Capital Partners Raises More Than $1.5 Billion Across Founders Fund And Related Vehicles

Niobrara Capital Partners has closed its inaugural Founders Fund and related vehicles with more than $1.5 billion in committed capital.

Niobrara Founders Fund and its parallel funds closed with more than $1.1 billion of commitments.

Including related co-investment vehicles, total committed capital exceeds $1.5 billion.

The Founders Fund exceeded its fundraising target by approximately 50%.

New York-based Niobrara focuses on middle-market business-to-business technology and technology-enabled services companies.

The firm targets businesses it identifies as first- or second-derivative beneficiaries of major technology trends and works with founders, corporate partners and management teams to scale those companies.

Niobrara said it recently completed its fourth platform investment and continues to expand its investment pipeline.

The firm plans to deploy the fund across B2B technology companies where it believes operational improvement, strategic development and transformational growth can create durable market leaders.

Davis Polk & Wardwell served as legal adviser to the fund.
