Noahs, the Denmark-based FoodTech startup transforming convenience retail through digital infrastructure, has raised €1.9 million in new funding. The capital will support the company’s expansion initiatives, product development, and strategic preparation for a planned Series A round in 2026.
The investment was led by PSV Tech, with participation from angel investors Kraen Oestergaard Nielsen and Bob Stein, as well as existing shareholder Torben Frigaard Rasmussen. The funding comes as the global convenience retail market, valued at roughly €1 trillion, accelerates its shift toward digital solutions. With over 3 million stores worldwide, retailers are increasingly adopting technology to modernize food operations and meet evolving consumer expectations.
Noahs aims to play a defining role in this transformation by building digitally enabled, modular food solutions that can scale across retail environments. The company is targeting presence in 10,000 locations by 2030 and views its platform as a foundation for a new digital food economy by 2040. According to Noahs, the new funding provides the momentum needed to transition from concept stage to category leadership.
The company is now expanding into additional markets, accelerating technology development, and deepening commercial readiness as it positions itself for broader global deployment. PSV Tech said its investment reflects confidence in Noahs’ ability to reshape operational efficiency and value creation for convenience retailers.
