Noble Investment Group Adds Matt Noland As Capital Markets Director

Noble Investment Group has appointed Matt Noland as Director of Capital Markets, where he will focus on strategic asset realizations and debt origination and management across the hospitality-focused alternative asset manager’s portfolio.

Noble manages more than $5 billion in assets and invests exclusively across the travel and hospitality sector.

Noland joins Noble from Peachtree Group, where he worked on portfolio management and hospitality investment transactions, including hotel acquisitions and dispositions.

Earlier in his career, he worked on JLL’s Debt Capital Markets team, supporting the placement of nearly $1 billion in debt and equity capital for acquisitions, refinancings and ground-up developments.

He also held positions in credit and investment banking at Truist Securities and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

At Noble, Noland’s experience across debt financing, asset management and dispositions will support capital strategy throughout the investment lifecycle.

The firm’s vertically integrated platform spans investment, asset management, design and development, and operating capabilities across select-service, extended-stay and branded long-term accommodation strategies.

KEY QUOTES:

“Matt has raised debt, managed assets, and executed dispositions – the full arc of a hold period. That combination strengthens how we structure capital at entry, manage risk through the cycle, and realize value at exit.”
