Nooks has acquired FullyRamped, an AI-native sales coaching company known for realistic AI role-play agents, as Nooks expands its Revenue Agent Platform across more of the revenue lifecycle.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
FullyRamped founder and CEO Aaron Marks will join Nooks’ Product team as part of the transaction.
The acquisition supports Nooks’ expansion beyond its original focus on outbound sales and toward a broader infrastructure platform where specialized AI agents work alongside sellers across revenue workflows.
Nooks is developing shared context, intelligence, and execution infrastructure designed to enable agents to understand a company’s business, coordinate with people and other agents, and perform work across the revenue organization.
Founded in 2024, FullyRamped developed AI-powered roleplay and coaching voice agents capable of simulating realistic sales prospects.
The technology enables sales and enablement leaders to provide coaching across larger sales organizations without requiring a human coach to conduct every roleplay session.
Nooks sees FullyRamped’s agent technology as closely aligned with its broader vision for AI agents that can understand context, make decisions, interact naturally with people, and execute tasks instead of merely recommending what users should do next.
Marks will now help shape future Nooks agent capabilities and the underlying infrastructure intended to support collaboration between humans and AI agents across revenue organizations.
The acquisition also strengthens Nooks’ product leadership as the company continues investing in the technical foundation of its Revenue Agent Platform.
More than 1,800 companies currently use Nooks, including Deel, Intercom, HubSpot, Rippling, Miro, and Replit.
