Noon: $44 Million Raised For AI Product Design Platform

Noon, an AI-native product design platform, has raised $44 million in seed funding to build a new approach to designing and developing digital products. The funding round included participation from First Round Capital, SV Angel, Scribble Ventures, Elevation Capital, Afore Capital, and Chemistry, along with a number of prominent design and product leaders from companies such as Stripe, OpenAI, Microsoft, and Meta.

The San Francisco-based company was founded by Aditya Bandi and Kushagra Sinha to eliminate the long-standing disconnect between design and engineering workflows. The platform enables designers to work directly on production code rather than static mockups, allowing teams to create both how a product looks and how it functions within a single environment.

Noon is positioning itself as a fundamentally new category of design tool. Instead of relying on traditional workflows that separate design and code, the platform operates directly on a company’s codebase and design system. This allows teams to create, iterate, build, test, and ship products within a unified interface, removing the need for repeated handoffs between designers and engineers.

The company’s approach reflects a broader shift toward AI-driven product development, where automation and intelligent systems accelerate iteration cycles and reduce friction in software development. By embedding artificial intelligence at its core, Noon aims to enable real-time design changes that immediately translate into functional product updates.

According to the founders, modern product design workflows remain fragmented, requiring multiple tools and repeated translation between design files and engineering implementation. Noon’s platform is designed to address this inefficiency by collapsing those steps into a single continuous process.

The company has been operating in stealth prior to this announcement and is now beginning to onboard early users through a limited-access program. Initial feedback from the design and product community suggests strong interest in tools that can reduce iteration time and improve collaboration between teams.

With the new capital, Noon plans to expand its engineering and design teams, accelerate product development, and scale its platform to reach more enterprise and mid-market customers. The company also maintains a presence in Bangalore alongside its U.S. operations.

The funding highlights growing investor interest in AI-driven developer and design tools, particularly those that target workflow inefficiencies in software creation. As the market for product design platforms evolves, Noon is aiming to establish itself as a key player by redefining how digital products are built from concept to deployment.

KEY QUOTE:

“I’m excited to finally share what I’ve been building for the last year with my co-founder, Kushagra Sinha and our team: Introducing Noon. A new home for product design. We’ve raised $44M … to help us rebuild product design from the ground up. No workflow is more broken and fragmented in 2026 than the product designers’. That’s why we built Noon. The first product design tool that works entirely on your product code, so you can design how it looks and how it works. With AI at its core that works in seconds, not minutes. For the first time, you can create, iterate, build, test and ship. All in one canvas. No translations or roundtrips to the codebase and back.”
