Nordson’s Advanced Technology Solutions business delivered the company’s fastest growth in the fiscal third quarter of 2026, with organic sales climbing 31% and segment EBITDA increasing 58%.
Advanced Technology Solutions generated record quarterly sales of approximately $220 million, up 28% from $171 million in the prior-year period.
Organic sales increased 30.9%, partially offset by a roughly 3% unfavorable currency impact. Nordson attributed the organic growth primarily to strong demand across its electronics dispense and test and inspection product lines.
Profit grew significantly faster than revenue.
Advanced Technology Solutions EBITDA increased to $65.7 million from $41.5 million, a 58% increase.
Segment EBITDA margin expanded to 30% from 24%, an improvement of approximately 600 basis points.
The segment’s performance was substantially stronger than Nordson’s other two businesses.
Industrial Precision Solutions generated record sales of $367 million, up 5%, with organic growth of 3%. EBITDA remained roughly unchanged at $130 million.
Medical and Fluid Solutions sales also reached a quarterly record at $231 million, up 5%. Excluding a divestiture, organic sales increased 11%, while segment EBITDA rose 6% to a record $88 million.
Companywide sales reached an all-time quarterly record of $818 million, up 10%, with overall organic growth of approximately 12%.
Net income increased to $153 million from $126 million, while diluted EPS climbed 23% to a record $2.73. Total EBITDA reached a record $262 million, representing 32% of sales.
Nordson entered the fiscal fourth quarter with backlog 35% above the prior-year level and raised its full-year guidance.
The company now expects fiscal 2026 sales of $3.035 billion to $3.075 billion and adjusted EPS of $11.80 to $12.
