North American Risk Services announced that Elaina Denhardt has been promoted to Vice President of Operations.
Denhardt previously served as Assistant Vice President of Client Relations. In her new role, she will oversee the company’s claims operations.
She succeeds Darlene Stevens, who retired in March after a successful career with North American Risk Services.
Denhardt joined North American Risk Services in 2013 in the Quality Assurance Department. She later transitioned into account management and leadership roles, building experience across quality assurance, client relations, and operations.
The company said Denhardt has played a key role in strengthening client partnerships and improving communication between clients and operational teams.
As part of the transition, Cedar McCredie will step into the role of Director of Client Relations.
North American Risk Services provides risk management, third-party administration, and claims solutions for clients across a range of industries. The company focuses on customized services, data-driven insights, operational efficiency, and claims outcomes.
