Norton Rose Fulbright has added Jason Stiehl as a partner in its Product Liability and Consumer Disputes practice in Chicago, strengthening its litigation capabilities for food, beverage and other consumer markets clients.
Stiehl joins from Crowell & Moring, where he served as Managing Partner of the Chicago office.
He brings decades of experience handling class actions and disputes involving consumer fraud, product labeling, unfair competition, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and the Lanham Act.
Stiehl has obtained and defended injunctions across the U.S. and has handled numerous matters through trial and appeal.
Norton Rose Fulbright’s product liability and consumer disputes practice has more than doubled in size over the past five years, with food and beverage clients playing a significant role in the expansion.
The U.S. team now includes approximately 50 lawyers and sits within a global Litigation and Disputes practice with more than 1,200 lawyers worldwide, including more than 400 in the U.S.
Stiehl becomes Norton Rose Fulbright’s 25th U.S. lateral partner hire in 2026 and the fifth lateral partner added to Chicago this year.
The firm’s Chicago office, which opened in Fulton Market in 2022, has grown to 46 lawyers, including 18 partners.
