NoTraffic, an AI-powered mobility platform focused on modernizing traffic management, announced it has raised $90 million in a Series C funding round to accelerate growth and expand its footprint across North America. The round was led by PSG Equity, with participation from M&G Investments, Grove Ventures, LifeX Ventures, Meitav Investment House, and Next Gear Ventures.
The company is positioning itself at the center of a shift toward software-defined traffic infrastructure, transforming traditional intersections into dynamic, data-driven systems. With deployments already spanning more than 40 U.S. states and Canada, NoTraffic is working toward reaching one in ten traffic agencies across the U.S. and Canada by mid-2026.
As cities face increasing congestion, staffing shortages, and rising public expectations, NoTraffic’s platform enables agencies to manage intersections in real time using AI. Instead of relying on static traffic signal systems, municipalities can deploy adaptive policies that improve traffic flow, enhance safety, and support emerging mobility technologies such as connected and autonomous vehicles.
The platform converts traffic signals into cloud-connected digital assets, allowing for continuous optimization and remote management. Through its Mobility Platform and Mobility Store, agencies can implement new traffic strategies via software updates rather than costly infrastructure upgrades. The company also operates a 24/7 Operations Center that provides monitoring, diagnostics, and over-the-air updates to ensure consistent performance.
NoTraffic has already been adopted by hundreds of traffic agencies, including major metropolitan areas such as Houston, Phoenix, and Oklahoma, demonstrating measurable improvements in signal timing, commute efficiency, and pedestrian wait times.
The new funding will be used to scale deployments, expand product offerings, and further develop its software-based mobility applications as cities increasingly look for flexible, scalable solutions to modern transportation challenges.
