Nour Private Wealth announced it is expanding its multi-family office platform to include investment fund management capabilities through Nour Private Management, an affiliate of the firm. The move is designed to provide ultra-high-net-worth families with structured and curated access to private-market opportunities within NPW’s integrated advisory framework.
The expansion reflects a broader shift among family offices toward direct exposure to private companies, infrastructure, and alternative assets. Industry data indicates that private markets now represent a significant portion of average family office allocations in North America, highlighting their growing importance in diversification and long-term capital deployment strategies.
NPW said the new fund management capabilities will allow families to access institutional-quality strategies without building standalone infrastructure. The firm aims to combine discretion, governance oversight, and coordinated portfolio construction to support wealth preservation across generations.
Family offices are increasingly adopting hybrid portfolio models that blend primary private funds, secondaries or fund-of-funds, and direct or co-investments. These approaches often include co-investments alongside established sponsors, club deals for larger transactions, thematic allocations in sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare innovation, and technology, as well as minority growth investments or participation in buyouts. Such structures are intended to balance conviction-driven investments with liquidity management and diversification.
As family offices continue to institutionalize, multi-family offices are broadening their service offerings to include investment structuring, consolidated reporting, governance coordination, and integrated tax-aware portfolio construction. Technology platforms are also playing a greater role in risk management and performance oversight.
NPW said its expanded platform will provide coordinated portfolio construction, consolidated reporting, and structured access to private-market strategies, supported by external legal, tax, and estate professionals.
