Nova Intelligence announced that it has raised $40 million across seed and Series A financing rounds to expand its AI platform focused on SAP enterprise environments. The Series A round was led by Chemistry with participation from Accel, Conviction, and SAP.iO. The company’s earlier seed financing was led by Accel with participation from Conviction and SAP.iO.
Nova Intelligence develops AI agents and automation tools designed specifically for SAP teams managing enterprise software environments spanning finance, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and operations systems.
The company said its platform helps organizations accelerate SAP modernization, software migration, development, testing, documentation, and production operations workflows.
Nova stated that SAP environments remain highly customized across enterprises and that many organizations are currently preparing for SAP’s mandatory migration to S/4HANA by 2030, a transition that can cost large enterprises more than $1 billion.
According to the company, Nova’s AI platform is designed to support SAP developers, analysts, and operational teams across code modernization, fit-to-standard analysis, cloud migration, issue resolution, and enterprise documentation workflows.
Nova said customers are already using the platform in production across large enterprise SAP deployments.
Festo, which operates SAP environments across more than 15,000 users in 61 countries, reported productivity gains of more than 5x after implementing Nova. The company said documentation tasks that previously required three months now take approximately one day.
KION Group also reported significant operational improvements, including a 400% improvement in production application performance and faster SAP development cycles.
Nova Intelligence was founded by CEO Emma Qian, formerly of Google DeepMind and Meta AI Research, CTO Sam Yang, and Chief Scientist Professor Dr. Alexander Zeier, co-inventor of SAP HANA and former CTO of Accenture’s SAP Business Group.
The company plans to use the funding to expand engineering, sales, and marketing operations while continuing to scale its enterprise AI platform.
