Novum Studio Raises Funding To Launch Ahoy Enterprise AI Platform

Novum Studio has raised a new funding round to launch Ahoy Project, an AI-native enterprise communication and transformation platform.

The company did not disclose the amount raised or identify the investors participating in the round.

Novum plans to use the financing to support Ahoy’s launch and international expansion. Internal testing was scheduled to begin in July 2026.

Ahoy is being developed as an enterprise communication system that captures information from workplace conversations and uses it to create a searchable organizational knowledge base.

The platform is intended to help companies address the fragmentation of decisions, workflows and institutional knowledge across chats, meetings and disconnected business applications.

Ahoy will provide conversation-based knowledge organization, AI-assisted collaboration and workflow support directly within team communications.

Rather than selling the technology only as a standard software subscription, Novum plans to deliver a broader customized transformation service. The communication platform will serve as the central infrastructure around which the company designs each enterprise customer’s AI operating model.

Novum is expanding into enterprise technology after building Frog, a consumer social application that the company said has reached more than 20 million users across the United States and Europe.

The company believes its experience operating high-frequency communication products can be applied to workplace systems where employees exchange information, coordinate activity and make decisions.

Novum Studio was founded by Anna Danyi, who previously worked in consulting and technology and built several consumer applications before launching the company.
