Novvia Group, a global rigid container and life sciences packaging distributor backed by Kelso & Company, announced the acquisition of APC Packaging, a Florida-based supplier of sustainable luxury beauty packaging solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, APC Packaging specializes in plastic and glass containers, closures, and related packaging components for premium skincare and cosmetics brands. The acquisition strengthens Novvia’s presence in the beauty and personal care sector following its acquisition of Garrett Hewitt International in May 2025.
Lisa Lin and Christina Lin, the primary owners of APC Packaging, will continue leading the company and overseeing day-to-day operations following the acquisition.
Novvia said the transaction expands its consumer packaging platform, building on recent acquisitions including Saxco International and Garrett Hewitt. The company noted that APC Packaging’s expertise in sustainable and premium beauty packaging aligns with Novvia’s strategy to grow its capabilities in the consumer segment.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor to APC Packaging.
APC Packaging works with startups, independent beauty brands, and global cosmetics companies, offering packaging solutions focused on sustainability initiatives such as refillable systems, recyclable materials, PCR content, and environmentally responsible packaging designs. The company is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026.
