Nox Health announced the appointment of Milton Silva-Craig as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 15, 2026, as the company enters its next stage of global growth and seeks to expand its position in sleep diagnostics and sleep care management.

Silva-Craig succeeds founder Sigurjón Kristjánsson, who has led the company since its inception and oversaw a period of significant growth. Kristjánsson will remain actively involved as Founder and Vice Chairman, focusing on innovation, long-term strategy, and next-generation growth initiatives.

Headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, with research and operations in Reykjavík, Iceland, and Porto, Portugal, Nox Health provides an integrated platform that combines sleep diagnostics, AI-enabled interpretation, patient engagement, and care management. The company currently serves healthcare providers, payers, employers, and patients in more than 50 countries.

The leadership transition comes as healthcare organizations increasingly view sleep health as an important factor in improving chronic disease outcomes and reducing healthcare spending. Nox said its platform is designed to support a shift from episodic sleep testing toward continuous, outcomes-driven sleep health management.

Silva-Craig brings extensive experience building healthcare technology and data businesses. Most recently, he served as CEO of Q-Centrix, where he expanded the clinical data management company into a major enterprise platform serving multi-hospital health systems. Under his leadership, the business grew more than fourteenfold and completed several strategic transactions. Earlier in his career, Silva-Craig held leadership roles involving healthcare operations, commercialization, product development, and organizational transformation in regulated healthcare markets.

Since receiving a strategic growth investment from Vestar Capital Partners in 2022, Nox Health has nearly doubled in size while expanding adoption of its diagnostic technologies and sleep management services for employers and health plans.

The company said it intends to continue advancing its enterprise sleep platform, which combines diagnostic devices, AI-powered software, patient engagement tools, and outcomes analytics aimed at improving health outcomes and lowering total healthcare costs.
