NuvemRx is a technology-enabled pharmacy services company that provides third-party administration, entity-owned pharmacy management, and 340B referral capture services powered by its Apollo data platform and Mission Control, the company’s team of clinical and 340B experts.. Pulse 2.0 interviewed NuvemRx CEO Scott Seidelmann to learn more.
Scott Seidelmann’s Background

When asked about his professional background and the experiences that led him to NuvemRx, Seidelmann shared:
I’ve spent the majority of my career at the intersection of healthcare and technology, helping organizations scale and deliver better outcomes through smarter, more efficient systems.
Before joining NuvemRx, I held leadership roles at various healthcare services and SaaS companies, such as Omnicell and Radisphere, where I focused on optimization, growth strategy, and team building.
I’ve always been driven by a passion for solving complex problems with real human impact, and that’s what led me to continue my career at NuvemRx.
Primary Responsibilities
When discussing his primary responsibilities as CEO of NuvemRx, Seidelmann explained:
As CEO, I focus on three things: where we’re going, what we build, and whether we’re actually delivering it. The first one matters most right now. 340B has changed more in the last three years than in the twenty before it, and community health centers are absorbing that disruption without the staff to keep up. My job is making sure we’re built for what the program becomes, not what it used to be.
I work closely with our leadership team to oversee operations, guide product and service development, and cultivate relationships with hospital and community health partners.
I’m also deeply involved in shaping our culture, making sure that as we grow, we remain mission-driven, collaborative, and responsive to the needs of the healthcare organizations we serve.
Community Health Center Partnerships
When asked about his favorite memory from working at NuvemRx, Seidelmann reflected:
Forming relationships with leaders at community health centers across the country. These are some of the most amazing people who are the backbone of the U.S. healthcare system, treating millions of patients who are in critical need of care that they wouldn’t receive otherwise.
I’m honored to be able to partner with so many incredible people.
Core Products And Services
When describing NuvemRx’s core products and features, Seidelmann detailed:
NuvemRx operates as a technology-enabled pharmacy services business. We partner directly with community health providers and hospitals, offering a full suite of third-party administration, entity-owned pharmacy management, and 340B referral capture services.
Apollo is the data platform underneath all of it. Mission Control is the team on top of it—clinical and 340B experts who read the data and tell a health center what they can do about it. That distinction matters. Most of this industry sells a dashboard and calls it a partnership.
Navigating 340B Changes
When asked about recent challenges in the 340B sector and how NuvemRx has addressed them, Seidelmann noted:
The 340B space is constantly evolving due to shifting federal regulations, tightening manufacturer restrictions, and growing political scrutiny.
We modeled our clients’ rebate exposure last year, before the first rule was final. HRSA published a broader version this month, and we’re taking clients through the revised numbers at our next Mission Control Monthly briefing.
In addition, new manufacturer data-reporting requirements are making it harder for providers to access discounted drugs.
We’ve overcome these challenges by staying ahead of regulatory developments and building technology tools that are viable over the long term, regardless of how the landscape shifts.
We also prioritize transparent communication with our partners so we can help them pivot quickly and stay informed. Our job is to make sure our clients can focus on delivering care rather than navigating complexity.
Technology Evolution
When discussing how NuvemRx’s technology has evolved since the company launched, Seidelmann described:
Since launching, NuvemRx’s technology has evolved significantly from a landscape that relied heavily on manual processes. We built a technology stack that enables automation, real-time analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
It has grown to support everything from entity-owned pharmacy operations and TPA network analysis to automated audit reporting, all designed to reduce administrative burdens and increase efficiency for our clients.
A major milestone in that evolution was our recent acquisition of the par8o 340B referral capture business, previously part of R1 RCM. This acquisition brings together market-leading TPA, pharmacy management, and advanced 340B referral capture services into a single, mission-aligned platform, giving organizations greater visibility across specialty referrals, stronger continuity of care for patients, and new opportunities to grow compliant 340B savings.
The addition of par8o provides total market access with seamless ingestion of claims across pharmacies, including independent, specialty, and national networks like Walgreens and CVS.
It produces an unbroken record from first referral to final claim. Across our client base, we’ve had zero reported HRSA audit findings. In referral capture—the highest audit-risk corner of 340B—that’s the number that actually matters.
Major Company Milestones
When asked about NuvemRx’s most significant milestones, Seidelmann said:
More than 800 covered entities. Over 1.5 billion claims processed. More than $2.6 billion in cumulative net 340B savings. And more than 70 million patients served by the organizations behind those numbers.
Each of these milestones has reinforced the value we bring to our clients and the meaningful impact we’re able to make in the communities they serve. Savings are a means. What they fund is the point: A nurse practitioner. Extended pharmacy hours. Two new dental chairs.
26Health Partnership
When invited to share a specific customer success story, Seidelmann explained:
One of our most recent customer success stories is with 26Health, a Central Florida-based family health center committed to providing comprehensive care to underserved communities.
Through an expanded partnership with NuvemRx, 26Health opened its first-ever entity-owned pharmacy in Orlando, a milestone that improved patient access, strengthened compliance, and allowed 26Health to reinvest incremental 340B savings back into its community.
Prior to this partnership, 26Health faced significant operational challenges that most community health providers encounter when trying to establish and optimize an entity-owned pharmacy.
By taking over pharmacy operations, NuvemRx enabled 26Health to focus on what it does best: delivering inclusive, high-quality care for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and other vulnerable populations, while ensuring the pharmacy runs efficiently and in full compliance with 340B requirements. The incremental 340B savings go back into their programs. They’re expanding into Georgia now.
Market Opportunity
When discussing the total addressable market NuvemRx is pursuing, Seidelmann specified:
We operate in the broader healthcare services and technology market, with a strong focus on pharmacy services and 340B for safety-net providers.
Every state in the country has Federally Qualified Health Centers, Ryan White clinics, and safety-net hospitals running 340B programs. Across the 800+ entities we support, we consistently see eligible dollars going uncaptured. That gap, not the site count, is the real market.
Given the increasing pressures on healthcare systems, demand for our value-driven support continues to grow.
Competitive Differentiation
When asked what differentiates NuvemRx from its competition, Seidelmann emphasized:
Most safety-net providers manage four or five separate relationships to run one pharmacy program. A TPA here, a pharmacy management company there, a referral tool bolted on, a consultant to reconcile it all. Every handoff is a place dollars leak, and nobody owns the whole picture. We replaced that with one system—TPA, pharmacy management, and referral capture under one roof, on one data platform, with one team accountable for the result.
We’ve generated more than $2.6 billion in cumulative net 340B savings across over 1.5 billion claims.
The acquisition of par8o further strengthens our position by adding AI-powered referral capture that automates up to 85% of the referral and eligibility process. But AI by itself isn’t enough. Finding a referral was never the hard part—following through and capturing it is. AI-only tools flag the claim and hand it back to your staff. Our experts land it, fill it, and turn it into reinvestable cash flow.
One client captured about $1.3 million in net 340B savings through NuReferrals in roughly a year—about 32 times what a competing TPA’s referral product captured over the same period, same pharmacy mix. And we’re 100% dedicated to safety-net providers. No retail arm, no PBM parent, no other line of business whose interests could compete with theirs.
Future Goals
When discussing NuvemRx’s future goals, Seidelmann concluded:
Looking ahead, NuvemRx is focused on growing its reach by expanding adoption of its integrated technology and services, helping more community health organizations operate more efficiently and sustainably.
A key part of that growth strategy is continuing to advance NuvemRx’s analytics and intelligence capabilities, delivering clearer insights, better decision-making, and greater visibility for providers navigating an increasingly complex operating environment.
Beyond scale, NuvemRx is committed to deepening its impact by empowering customers to deliver high-quality care while generating meaningful savings that can be reinvested into critical, patient-focused initiatives like maternal health and behavioral health services.
We believe the 340B program has the power to fundamentally transform community health centers, and our goal is to become their most trusted long-term partner in unlocking that potential.
With community health centers uniquely positioned to drive change in underserved communities and reshape the management of chronic disease, we see a tremendous opportunity to support and scale their efforts and play an integral role in moving the needle on chronic disease rates for the populations that need it most. That’s the whole thesis. Make the program work, so the care keeps showing up.
