Washington, DC-based private equity firm Arlington Capital Partners announced that Quantum Spatial has executed a definitive agreement to be acquired by NV5 Global for $303 million. Quantum Spatial is one of the nation’s largest independent geospatial data firms and it provides geographic insights to government and corporate organizations that need geospatial intelligence to mitigate risk, plan for growth, better manage resources, and advance scientific understanding.
