Isaac Health has partnered with NYU Langone Health to broaden access to specialized brain health and memory care through a virtual care model, aiming to shorten the time to evaluation and improve continuity of care for people experiencing memory concerns and related symptoms.
The collaboration links Isaac Health’s telehealth specialty clinic for brain health and dementia care with NYU Langone Health’s neurology services, creating a new pathway for patients to connect with qualified specialists regardless of location. The partners said the model is designed to help address care gaps in New York, where demand for dementia care is expected to remain high.
Under the partnership, patients within NYU Langone Health’s system can be referred to Isaac Health for timely evaluation and ongoing management. The approach is intended to align patients with the appropriate level of expertise and setting, while complementing NYU Langone’s in-person and hospital-based offerings.
Isaac Health said its co-founder and chief medical officer, Dr. Joel Salinas, holds an academic and clinical affiliation with NYU Grossman School of Medicine and practices within Pearl I. Barlow Center for Memory Evaluation and Treatment.
