O2 Investment Partners has appointed Rob Hays as its new Head of Investor Relations, bringing in a seasoned capital raising and investor relations executive to support the firm’s continued growth and fundraising efforts.
Hays joins the Midwest-based private equity firm with extensive experience across investor relations, fundraising, and strategic development. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading all aspects of investor relations, including fundraising, limited partner communications, and relationship management.
Prior to joining O2 Investment Partners, Hays held senior investor relations roles at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners and H.I.G. Capital, where he focused on capital raising and investor engagement. He also served at CleanBridge Securities and spent more than a decade at Franklin Templeton Investments, where he worked across strategy and fundraising initiatives.
The appointment reflects O2 Investment Partners’ focus on strengthening its investor relations capabilities as it continues to expand its platform and pursue new investment opportunities across its core sectors, which include services, technology, and industrial businesses.
