Oakline Properties announced that it has acquired ResidentialOne Management and its affiliated maintenance and inspection services arm, Professional Renovations Inc.

ResidentialOne is headquartered in Columbia, Maryland and specializes in affordable housing property management.

The company was founded more than 25 years ago as Equity Management and has operated as ResidentialOne since 2015. It manages more than 12,500 units across over 120 properties in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

ResidentialOne is recognized for its compliance performance, including HUD inspection scores that have consistently exceeded regional market averages. Professional Renovations provides in-house inspection and maintenance services that support property owner clients with regulatory compliance and asset performance.

Oakline said the acquisition expands its national footprint and strengthens its affordable housing property management presence.

Oakline was launched in September 2025 by Alpine Investors to partner with property management companies while preserving their local brands, independence, and leadership. The company supports partners through technology, lead generation, expanded services, and access to operating and leadership talent.

ResidentialOne will continue operating under its established brand and local leadership. Tony Ross and Louis Sigalas will retain equity stakes in the company, with Ross continuing as President and Sigalas serving as CFO.

The acquisition marks Oakline’s fourth partnership since its founding in 2025. The company now has more than 80,000 units under management nationally.

ResidentialOne joins Oakline’s platform alongside Cirrus Asset Management, Drucker + Falk, and Four Star Realty.
