Oasis Health Partners announced it has acquired Premier Health, a healthcare administrative services organization specializing in revenue cycle management and practice operations, as part of its strategy to build a leading platform for independent primary care.
The transaction is aimed at advancing Oasis’s mission to modernize primary care by integrating clinical, operational, and financial infrastructure into a single platform. The combined organization seeks to address mounting challenges faced by independent primary care practices, including administrative complexity, rising costs, and the ongoing shift toward value-based care.
By adding Premier’s capabilities, Oasis expands its offering to include a comprehensive suite of services such as value-based care contracting, advanced analytics, clinical support, revenue cycle management, electronic medical record modernization, group purchasing, and day-to-day operational support. The company said these capabilities are designed to reduce administrative burdens, improve performance under value-based care models, and enhance patient outcomes.
Oasis emphasized that its model is built to support physician independence while delivering the infrastructure typically available only within large health systems. The company continues to scale through long-term partnerships with independent practices, positioning itself as a platform that enables sustainability without requiring consolidation into larger healthcare organizations.
The acquisition follows Oasis’s recent expansion into North Carolina through PreferCare and reflects its broader strategy to grow its footprint and capabilities in the independent primary care market.
