Octane announced that it has completed the sale of a $340 million portfolio of fixed-rate installment loans for powersports and outdoor power equipment to affiliates of Bayview Asset Management.
The loans were originated by Octane’s in-house lender, Roadrunner Financial, and will continue to be serviced by Roadrunner Account Services. The transaction marks Octane’s sixth whole loan sale and its first with Bayview.
With the latest transaction, Octane said it has sold or signed commitments to sell $3.7 billion of consumer loans through whole loan sales and forward-flow agreements since completing its first whole loan sale in December 2023.
Earlier this year, the company surpassed $8 billion in aggregate originations and has issued more than $4.7 billion in asset-backed securitizations. In 2025, Octane increased originations by 29%, grew adjusted EBITDA by 23% year over year to $80 million, and achieved GAAP net income profitability for the third consecutive year.
Bayview Asset Management manages approximately $42.8 billion in assets and invests across residential, consumer, and commercial credit markets.
