The deal builds on Odeko’s strategy to strengthen its regional distribution network and deepen relationships with local vendors and independent operators.
Founded in 1963 and acquired by Troia Foods in 2022, Dairy Distributing has long served independent cafes and restaurants throughout Northern Washington. The company is recognized for its emphasis on sourcing local products and fostering close, service-oriented relationships with customers. By joining Odeko, Dairy Distributing customers will gain access to Odeko’s comprehensive online ordering platform. This expanded product catalog features non-dairy items, 24/7 customer support, and additional services, including equipment financing and insurance.
For Odeko, the acquisition expands its warehouse and delivery footprint in the Pacific Northwest, connecting the company with additional local suppliers and product lines that appeal to small business operators. Odeko currently operates in 16 major U.S. markets through a network of local delivery operations and national e-commerce fulfillment. The company supports over 18,000 independent food and beverage businesses, offering digital tools that streamline ordering, vendor management, and cost control.
Odeko has raised over $280 million in equity and is supported by a group of venture investors, including B Capital, Balius Partners, Era Funds, FJ Labs, KSV, Tiger Global Management, Two Sigma Ventures, and Primary Ventures, among others.
