Offe Market has raised $3 million in seed funding to expand its technology-driven marketplace for discounted excess inventory from fashion, beauty, home, and lifestyle brands. Slauson & Co. led the round, with InvestTN and Baukunst participating; Baukunst previously led Offe Market’s pre-seed financing.
Additional investors include Jill Fisher Bowen, Stephanie Kleinjan, and Brydge Club creator and founder Ruffin Mitchener.
The financing brings Offe Market’s total funding to $4.3 million.
The company plans to use the capital to expand its commerce intelligence platform, focusing on AI-powered pricing, personalized product discovery, and live commerce.
Founded by retail industry veteran Rachel Gannon, Offe Market sells products from participating brands at discounts of about 30% to 80% off retail.
The company said revenue, shopper count, and order volume have each grown approximately 2.5 times year over year.
Offe has worked with more than 200 brands, including Harper Wilde, OBEY, Rachel Antonoff, Wrangler, and Dolce Vita. It has also expanded beyond fashion into categories such as home goods, beauty, rugs, furniture, candles, and skincare.
Its platform connects directly to brand inventory systems to synchronize products, prices, and availability while automating fulfillment routing.
Brands retain control over pricing and merchandising and receive sell-through data that can help inform inventory decisions.
For shoppers, Offe uses personalized recommendations and curated product drops to create a discovery-focused shopping experience.
The company also operates an Echo Park location in Los Angeles that functions as both a physical store and a content studio for events, social media, and live commerce programming.
Offe positions itself as an alternative to traditional liquidation channels by helping brands monetize excess inventory while maintaining greater control over presentation and pricing.
