Office Ally Acquires Jopari Solutions To Expand End-To-End Electronic Transaction Processing

By Amit Chowdhry • Apr 3, 2026

Office Ally has acquired Jopari Solutions in a strategic move to expand its clearinghouse network and enhance end-to-end electronic transaction processing across healthcare and property and casualty markets.

The acquisition brings together two established healthcare infrastructure platforms, combining Office Ally’s all-payer clearinghouse network with Jopari’s capabilities in electronic medical billing, clinical attachments, and payment processing. Office Ally currently supports more than 80,000 healthcare organizations and facilitates over one billion transactions annually between providers and payers.

Jopari has built a strong presence in property and casualty, commercial, and government healthcare segments, particularly in workers’ compensation and auto medical markets. Its solutions focus on digitizing administrative workflows, reducing reliance on paper processes, and accelerating claims adjudication.

By integrating Jopari’s technology, Office Ally aims to advance its strategy of modernizing healthcare administrative and financial workflows through increased automation, interoperability, and straight-through processing. The combined platform is expected to deliver expanded capabilities to both companies’ customer bases, including enhanced payment infrastructure and broader access to clearinghouse services.

Office Ally’s web-based portal, clearinghouse, and payer gateway solutions will now be available to Jopari’s network, while Jopari’s clinical attachment and payment technologies will extend to Office Ally’s customers.

The transaction was advised by TripleTree and Holland & Hart on behalf of Jopari and WestView Capital, while Kirkland & Ellis provided legal counsel to Office Ally. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
