O’Hara’s Son Roofing (OSR), a portfolio company of Angeles Equity Partners, announced CP Rankin, a commercial roofing services provider, has joined its national roofing platform, marking OSR’s third strategic addition since being acquired by an affiliate of Angeles.
The combination expands OSR’s presence across the Eastern U.S. and supports its strategy to build a scaled, diversified national commercial roofing services business. OSR said CP Rankin’s footprint, customer relationships and service organization complement OSR’s existing operations and will strengthen its ability to serve customers across New England, the Northeast, the Mid-Atlantic and the Southeast.
Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Chalfont, Pennsylvania, CP Rankin provides re-roofing, new construction, and repair and maintenance services and operates across seven locations along the East Coast and Southeast. The company serves a mix of property managers, general contractors, and national retail and commercial customers.
Following the transaction, CP Rankin will continue to operate under its existing name, maintaining its brand identity and leadership, the companies said.
Massumi + Consoli LLP served as legal counsel to OSR, while Fox Rothschild LLP served as legal counsel to CP Rankin. Financial terms were not disclosed.
