Oldcastle Infrastructure announced that Axius Water is now part of the company, strengthening its ability to deliver integrated water infrastructure solutions across municipal and industrial systems.
The acquisition enhances Oldcastle Infrastructure’s capabilities in wastewater treatment and nutrient removal, adding expertise that complements its existing water transmission and water quality offerings. The company said the combination will provide customers with more comprehensive, system-level solutions across the water value chain, from collection and conveyance to advanced water treatment.
Axius Water is a multi-brand platform specializing in secondary wastewater treatment and nutrient removal technologies. Formed in 2019 by KKR and XPV Water Partners, the company has grown into a global provider of advanced water quality solutions serving communities and industrial customers worldwide.
According to Oldcastle Infrastructure, the addition of Axius Water strengthens its technical coverage in key areas of water infrastructure and supports its broader mission of addressing critical infrastructure challenges, including wastewater treatment and water scarcity.
