OLIGO Security has raised $60 million in additional funding, bringing the runtime cybersecurity company’s total funding to $140 million. Participants included Ballistic Ventures, Canon Capital, Greenfield Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Red Dot Capital Partners and TLV Partners. The round also included angel investors such as Mellanox Technologies (acquired by NVIDIA for $6.9 billion) co-founder Eyal Waldman.

OLIGO plans to use the capital to accelerate product development, expand its global go-to-market operations and advance its technology for blocking zero-day and known vulnerability exploits in real time.

The company provides runtime security across applications, cloud workloads and AI systems.

Its platform monitors code while it is executing, helping customers identify vulnerabilities that can actually be exploited and block attacks without disrupting production environments.

OLIGO said the platform can reduce vulnerability alert noise and provide virtual patching capabilities between conventional software patch cycles.

The financing follows a period in which OLIGO reported 300% year-over-year revenue growth and more than doubled its valuation since its Series B round.

Amazon Web Services also selected OLIGO as the exclusive AI runtime security partner for AWS Security Hub Extended.

OLIGO joined Palantir’s FedStart Program to support its pursuit of FedRAMP High and Department of Defense Impact Level 5 authorization.

The company also launched Runtime Exploit Blocking, which detects and blocks application-layer exploitation attempts in real time.

OLIGO believes demand for runtime protection is increasing as AI enables attackers to identify vulnerabilities and develop exploits more quickly.

KEY QUOTES:

“When attackers can find vulnerabilities and build exploits at machine speed, runtime becomes the only place you can definitively understand true risk and stop attacks without impacting production.”

Nadav Czerninski, Co-Founder and CEO of OLIGO Security

“It’s the one place where security teams can accurately determine what’s truly exploitable and where they can apply compensating controls to stop exploit attempts in real time.”

Brad Arkin, Cybersecurity Adviser and Former Chief Trust Officer of Salesforce

“OLIGO has solved one of security’s hardest problems by protecting production environments without forcing organizations to choose between security and uptime.”

Jake Seid, Co-Founder and General Partner of Ballistic Ventures
