Olomon has raised $2.6 million through an oversubscribed pre-seed financing round to expand its financial recordkeeping and collaboration platform for households and their professional advisors.
The round was backed by entrepreneurs, business operators, financial technology investors and financial services professionals. Several participants are also users of Olomon’s product.
The company did not disclose the investors’ names or its valuation. One allocation remains available for a strategic partner with a position in the household finance or financial advisory market.
Olomon is building what it describes as a financial system of record for households. The platform creates a centralized, client-controlled record containing financial accounts, legal entities, documents, professional contacts and important decisions.
Families with significant financial complexity may hold information across banks, investment custodians, insurance companies, tax records, estate documents and private investments. In many cases, the complete picture is known primarily by one family member and must be reconstructed whenever the household meets with an advisor, prepares taxes or experiences a major life event.
Olomon is designed to give the household a permanent record that remains with the family rather than being controlled by a particular bank, wealth manager or other financial institution.
The platform also provides permissioned access to financial advisors, attorneys and certified public accountants. This allows several professionals to work from the same current record while the household retains ownership and controls access.
Olomon believes this model can allow advisory meetings to begin with financial planning and decision-making rather than spending time gathering statements and reconstructing the client’s circumstances.
The company will use the funding to deepen the product’s ability to represent the full range of a household’s financial life. Early users are testing support for insurance policies, private investments, estate structures, accounts and business entities.
Olomon will also develop professional infrastructure for advisors, attorneys and accountants who require reliable permission controls and collaboration tools.
The third priority is moving from an invitation-only early access period to general availability. Olomon expects advisors to be able to begin onboarding without waiting during the third quarter of 2026.
Olomon was founded in 2023 by CEO Jeremy L. Bolls. He previously founded Kindful, a customer relationship management platform for nonprofit organizations that was acquired by JMI Equity-backed Bloomerang in 2021.
Bolls is also personally participating in the financing.
KEY QUOTE:
“We raised this round to close the gap on both sides: the household that needs a permanent, living record of its financial life, and the advisor who needs a canonical, always-current picture to do their best work.”
Jeremy L. Bolls, Founder and CEO of Olomon
