Olto: Hexus AI Acquisition Expands Product-Trained AI Agent Platform For Product Videos, Interactive Demos, And Onboarding Guides

Olto announced it has integrated the core technology, intellectual property, and product roadmap of Hexus AI into its platform, expanding its suite of product-trained AI agents designed to support every stage of the buyer journey. The move enables revenue teams to manage product videos, interactive demos, product tours, and onboarding guides within a single AI-native platform.

With the addition of Hexus AI’s capabilities, Olto aims to unify the tools used by marketing, sales, customer success, and documentation teams to showcase products and support customers from the initial product discovery stage through adoption and renewal. The company said the platform’s product-trained agents are built to understand a company’s product, its buyers, and the specific information users need at each stage of engagement.

The combined platform is designed to eliminate the need for multiple tools traditionally used to present and explain software products. Olto said the technology now enables organizations to create product videos, interactive tours, live demos, and onboarding how-to guides from a single capture of the product experience.

For existing Hexus customers, Olto said operations will continue unchanged. Customers will not need to migrate platforms or recreate existing product demos, videos, or guides, and existing environments, workflows, and integrations will remain intact.

For Olto customers, the integration expands the platform’s coverage beyond live demos to include earlier and later stages of the customer lifecycle. The company said the enhanced platform now supports product videos that shape a buyer’s first impression, interactive demos that maintain engagement across buying teams, and onboarding guides that help new customers achieve value more quickly.

Olto said the full Hexus AI codebase, infrastructure, and product roadmap are now incorporated into its platform, with ongoing commitments to performance, reliability, and long-term support.

The San Francisco-based company was founded by former Amazon executives and provides product-trained AI agents that power product experiences across marketing, sales, onboarding, and support functions. Olto said its platform is used by revenue teams at companies including Demandbase, Eightfold.ai, Qventus, and Jiminny.
