Olympus Partners: Acquisition Of Accelevation Announced

Olympus Partners has announced the acquisition of Accelevation, a leading provider of infrastructure products and services to the data center market. Accelevation’s offering includes white space design, custom manufacturing, and installation services to hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise customers. 

The company is based in Miamisburg, Ohio, with over 500,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity. The company serves all major data center markets. This deal represents the inaugural investment from Olympus Growth Fund VIII.

Olympus’ team included Matt Boyd, Matt Bujor, and Marty Durkin. And Olympus was represented by Matt Goulding and Matt Dunnet from Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and Candice Lockhart from KPMG.
